  Best 5 Guys ANYWHERE! I travel for work and a decent burger can change your whole day. Nobody can smash it like Stefan and the team in Harrogate! It’s an art form wrapped in foil!!!

  food was freezing cold when speaking to a man about a refund the man was very rude saying he cant and will not do anything about it we asked to speak to someone else and got a response of just “no” very very rude staff member and no refund for food that had been ordered at 4:20 and not given till 6:00!!!!

  I am a regular customer of Five Guys, and whenever I travel to Europe I usually make a point of eating at one of their branches. I live in Harrogate and today I had a guest visiting from the USA. We ordered food and drinks, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The drink dispensing machine did not deliver fizzy drinks. Instead, it poured a very sweet, concentrated syrup mixed with a large amount of water into the cups. The taste was extremely unpleasant. When I asked a member of staff about this, I was directed to the manager. He simply stated that this was how the machine worked. I explained that at £4.45 per cup, this was not what a customer would reasonably expect. However, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away without offering any explanation or compensation. I was very disappointed by this response. It is concerning that staff and managers at this branch do not appear to be trained to handle customer concerns appropriately. Sadly, despite this being the only branch in my hometown, I will not be returning.

  The food quality has slipped so bad that we cannot eat at the Harrogate Five Guys. Luke warm fries cooked in old oil, half burgers slapped on buns, poor meat quality you can taste. Cost too much for bad food. Used to love Five Guys, but it has gone down hill.
